Parqo

Owner Agreement

The terms you agree to when you list a parking slot on Parqo.

Version 2026-08-11. Operated by [registered business name] (“Parqo”, “we”). By listing a slot you (“the Owner”) agree to these terms.

1. Platform fee

Parqo keeps a platform fee of 15% of each booking’s parking amount. Your payout for every booking is the parking amount net of this platform fee (any convenience fee is charged separately to the booker and never affects your payout). We may change the platform fee on notice; the rate in force when a booking is made applies to that booking. We may also offer an introductory fee-free period at our discretion — a window (starting when your first listing is approved) during which the platform fee is 0% and you keep the full parking amount on each booking; when it ends, the standard platform fee resumes. Your current rate and any active fee-free period are shown in your Owner dashboard.

2. Payouts & disbursement

  • A booking becomes eligible for payout only after its reserved window has ended — upcoming bookings never pay out.
  • Payouts are released every Wednesday (12PM–6PM PH), from money we have actually received. Payments take a couple of days to reach us from our payment provider, which pays out to us once a week — so the cutoff for each Wednesday’s payout is the Sunday before, 12 midnight (PH): bookings paid by then are included in that Wednesday’s payout, and bookings paid after are included the following week. A booking is paid once both its funds have reached us and its window has ended.
  • Expedite (optional). Once a booking is completed (its parking window has ended), you may choose to release its earnings the next day (12PM–6PM PH) — even before the funds have settled — instead of waiting for that week’s Wednesday, for a 3.5% fee netted from that payout. It covers only completed bookings (upcoming and refund-held bookings are excluded) and is committed once you confirm.
  • A booking with a refund or dispute under review is held and not paid out until it resolves (if the refund is approved, the booking is cancelled and no payout is due).
  • We remit to the bank or e-wallet account you provide in your payout details; you are responsible for keeping those details accurate. [Any minimum payout amount and transfer fee: confirm.]

3. Refunds & disputes (when you bear the fee)

If a booking is refunded, the parking amount always goes back to the booker and the booking is cancelled — so no payout is due on it. The convenience fee (and any paid extension fee) is handled separately, and who absorbs it depends on the cause an administrator records:

  • You bear it — deducted from your payout — when the refund is your fault: you cancel, or the slot turns out unavailable; you don’t reply to a dispute within your response window; or a prior booker of yours overstays and blocks the next booker (you may recover it from the overstaying booker off-platform).
  • Parqo absorbs it when the cause is a Parqo/system issue — for example a booking conflict (two payments for the same slot and window) or a listing later found invalid.
  • No one bears it on force majeure (typhoon, flood, building lockdown, and the like): the booker gets the parking amount only, the fee isn’t refunded, and you are not penalised.

A booking under refund review is held from payout until it resolves (§2). The full rules are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Documents & annual review (ownership accuracy)

Your identity documents (a government ID and a selfie holding it) are held once at your account level. To confirm the selfie matches your ID, we compare them using automated facial-recognition technology (a biometric check you consent to at submission), and a Parqo administrator then reviews your verification — see our Privacy Policy. Your ownership document — the title/CCT for a title owner, or the sublease contract for a sublease holder — is provided per listing.

Your identity must be genuine and your own. Parqo operates on a one-account-per-person basis: providing false or falsified identity information, or creating duplicate accounts or re-registering to evade a suspension, is a breach and may result in suspension or termination.

To keep ownership records accurate, each listing’s ownership document must be re-submitted about every 12 months. We remind you before each listing’s deadline. If a listing’s document isn’t updated by its deadline, that listing is automatically hidden from search and can’t take new bookings until you re-submit it — your other listings are unaffected. Existing confirmed bookings are honoured. If a listing stays past its deadline (or, for a sublease, past its contract end date) without renewal, its ownership documents are deleted about 90 days later under our data-retention schedule (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Sublease holders

If you list under a sublease, your right to list ends on your sublease contract end date. On that date your listings are automatically hidden from search and can’t take new bookings unless you have provided an updated, valid sublease document with a new end date and been re-verified. Existing confirmed bookings are honoured. It is your responsibility to keep a valid sublease on file.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Each listing you submit is reviewed by an administrator before it goes live in search (typically within 3 days). A submitted listing stays hidden from search until it is approved, and may be sent back to you with requested changes — you can message the reviewer about it from your listings.
  • You have the legal right to sublet the parking slot you list.
  • Your listing details and uploaded documents are accurate and current.
  • The parking slot number you list exactly matches the physical slot you own or are authorised to sublet. You do not list a slot you do not control or that belongs to someone else.
  • You ensure the slot is genuinely available and accessible for every booked date and time — clear of your own vehicle, obstructions, or any conflicting use. Keep your calendar and blackout dates up to date so a booker is never turned away from a slot they reserved.
  • Need the slot for yourself? Block it. When you’ll be using the slot — or it’s otherwise unavailable — set a blackout window on the listing so it can’t be booked for those dates or hours. Blackout windows are how you reserve the slot for personal use and keep it from colliding with a booking; a slot left bookable is expected to be genuinely available.
  • Adhering to each booking’s allocated time is a shared responsibility of you and the booker. You ensure the previous booker vacates the slot on time, especially between back-to-back bookings, so the next booker can park for the full window they reserved. If a prior booker overstays and the next booker is refunded as a result, the convenience fee on that refund is charged to you (deducted from your payout); you may recover it from the overstaying booker at your discretion (off-platform).
  • You honour confirmed bookings and coordinate access with the booker (and your building’s PMO where required). A force majeure event (typhoon, flood, building lockdown, and the like) that prevents you from honouring a booking is not a breach — the booker is refunded under the Refund Policy and you are not penalised.
  • Respond to disputes promptly. If a booker raises a refund dispute, you have 1 day to reply in the booking chat with your side (a countdown is shown). If you don’t reply in time — or if you use “Agree” to concede the dispute — an administrator may decide it in the booker’s favour; where you are found responsible, the convenience fee on that refund is deducted from your payout. Disputes are resolved within 3 days — if a party is unresponsive or the details aren’t clear, Parqo support decides on the information at hand and closes the dispute.
  • You comply with your condominium/building rules and applicable law.

7. Building & PMO access

Making the required building/PMO arrangements in advance is your responsibility. Where your building requires it, you must arrange with the property management office (PMO) and security ahead of time — gate pass, visitor/parking registration, access code or sticker, or any approval — so the booker can enter and park without friction for their full booked window.

Use your listing’s lead-time setting to buy yourself this time: a booking can’t start until at least that many hours after it’s made, so set it long enough to secure the PMO approval, gate pass, or registration before the booker arrives. Then coordinate with the booker through the in-app tools before their start time.

If a booker is turned away or delayed because these arrangements weren’t made in time, it is treated the same as the slot being unavailable — the booker may be refunded and you bear the fee (see §3).

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or remove listings that breach these terms, building rules, or the law, or where documents are inaccurate, expired, or not renewed. You may stop listing at any time; obligations for bookings already confirmed continue until they are completed or resolved. [Notice periods and dispute-handling: confirm with legal.]

Unauthorised listings. If you — or any third party (including the rightful owner or the building’s management) — report that a slot has been listed without the rightful owner’s consent, or that a listed slot number does not belong to the lister, we may immediately suspend that listing and your owner account pending review. Suspending your account holds all of your listings. Confirmed misrepresentation of ownership or slot identity may result in permanent removal from Parqo.

9. Data & privacy

Our handling of your personal data — including the payout account details used to remit your earnings — is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update this agreement; the version at the top shows the latest edition. When it changes materially you will be asked to review and accept the new version before continuing to list.

This agreement is a draft prepared for review; the operator’s legal counsel should finalise the bracketed details before it is published and relied upon. Questions? See the home page.
